MISSING PERSON

"Don't touch the books," Grandpa always said. "They are old and very valuable."

"What could happen?" my brother chided. "He never reads them"

"They'll take you places unimaginable," I stammered, repeating Grandpa's words.

I was sent to bed without supper when he did not come down. I could not tell Grandpa where he had gone.
